Avoiding plastic bags is huge!

My son takes his lunch each day and I use reusable containers for the majority of his food. He does still take a juice box and yogurt pouches occasionally. But I do what I can and try to avoid the plastic bags at least. His school provides milk and water and he takes a reusable water bottle every where he goes.

I’ve been thinking about purchasing a thermos for hot items so it’s good to hear how it’s working for you 🙂

I pack my lunch for work every day, and my tiny stomach can’t do much more than a small child’s can, so I’m stealing like, uh, all of these ideas. I love my lunchbots containers too (which I bought way back when on Zulily after seeing you recommend them!) but I had NO idea they make liners for the containers! Totally getting those now – no more soggy cross contamination of my crackers and fruit!
