Deviled plus a ham cube on top – the kids ate them like mad
I don’t go all fancy piped for myself, but do use Greek yogurt and a touch of olive oil mayo. I eat them for breakfast sometimes, or for an aft run snack!

Even my oldest child who does not like greek yogurt or deviled eggs was scarfing them down.
Great recipe!

Well, she is an IU student, so I’m sure we will be partaking in the festivites as well (but no sleeping on lawns, hopefully.) It’s my first time to Bloomington so I’m super pumped to explore a new place! It’ll be great to get out of Minneapolis for a while, especially since it’s the University of Minnesota’s Spring Jam weekend! Thanks for the ideas!

Ooh! Every place will be CRAZYPANTS because of Little 5 weekend. So good luck! Finch’s, Lennie’s, and Farm Bloomington are all favorite restaurants of mine. Falafels is a great place for a quick, cheap lunch. And if you are into international food, make sure to check out all the awesome restaurants on 4th street downtown. 🙂

Please ignore the drunk people sleeping on lawns, I promise B-town isn’t always this crazy. 😛

I just made them for the first time a few weeks ago. I’m not sure why I never tried them before?! I love the addition of hummus.

My husband, daughters and parents love them immensely (as you stated they don’t make it to the table). I was wondering how to make them for my husband and make them better for him without all that mayo in there. I might have to give these a try for our fish fry next Saturday. Keep your fingers crossed that I don’t gag all over them before I get them deviled.

Your story made me laugh. My family is food obsessed with certain things – good Creole tomatoes, silver queen corn, crab claws, & perfectly ripe fruit to name a few
